Bleke's Safe Return
We will place great emphasis on care and precision in the stripping process, where we gently will extract the roe from Bleke. This process combines traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques to ensure both the welfare of the fish and the quality of the caviar. The fish will be handled with great care to minimize stress. When Bleke is ready, the roe gently will be extracted by hand with soft, smooth movements. This gentle method allows the fish to remain alive and healthy after the process.
